I have personally witnessed the Readstown Wisconsin police chief "Shay Larson" having sexual relations with a married woman in the bathroom of a public store while he was on duty. I filled a compliant with the city for bad conduct but the
city is covering this up as the officers godparents are on the board and are getting him off. The county sheriffs dept is also investigating him for other acts of sexual misconduct while on duty.
